- How long does it take to get my order?
- You Choose the time! On checkout you can choose your desired delivery date
- Orders with a 7 day delivery date is considered standard and no fee added.
- Any delivery date under & business days will receive a fee.

- How much is the rush or express fees?
- Fees range between 20- 60% of your order total depending on which date you choose.
- What is the minimum Order?
- There is no minimum order.
- Our pricing depends on quantity.
- Can you create a design for me?
- Yes! We can assist with creating a design you.
- Your order will not be printed until an approval is received from you.
- Most design service will require a fee.
- Do you have same day printing?
- Yes! Same day cut off is 3pm. Any order placed after 3pm for same day service will be processed the next business day.
- Do you print only t-shirts?
- No! We have a wide variety of printing capability which include signs, magnets, banners, cards, embroidery service, and much more.
- Can I supply my own garments?
- Yes!… This is required for orders under 12 pieces. We only supply garments for orders 12 pieces or more.

- Do you deliver? We no longer offer delivery service. However, you can send a UBER PACKAGE pick up if you are unable to get to our location to pickup.
- Do you offer bulk pricing?
- Yes! You would need to speak directly with a manager about the bulk pricing. Please call 407-715-4906 Ext 6 (24/7)
- Bulk quantity is considered 100 pieces or more.
- Why Do I have to pay a surcharge?
- Each order placed at our location will be charged a “surcharge fee”. This is an internal fee. It is non-refundable and non-negotiable.
